Sue Crowley has been working in the Wills and Probate Department for the last fifteen years, and specialises in both Court of Protection work and Probate matters.

In respect of estate files, Sue will deal with the practicalities of registering a death and arranging the funeral, making an application for a Grant of Probate as well as administrating and finalising the estate.

For Court of Protection Applications, again Sue deals with the formalities of making the Application to the Court, through to the day to day management of the client’s financial affairs, property and general well being.
