Sharon Edwards is a Legal Assistant to Debbie Anderson in the Mental Capacity/Lasting Powers of Attorney Team and deals with the practical day to day administration of the Court of Protection files.

Sharon attends Social Services Review Meetings at both Residential Homes and in Hospital.

In relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney, Sharon deals with the registration process, notifications and possible exemptions and will attend clients to discuss their requirements in this area.
