Marie O’Malley qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and works in the Moore Care Mental Capacity Department alongside Debbie Anderson.

Marie specialises in Court of Protection Applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She advises families in relation to the practical issues regarding Court of Protection Applications and the registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Marie also assists families in relation to the management of their financial affairs and will assist in relation to the preparation of Court of Protection Accounts. She is able to provide advice as to Benefits’ entitlement and can assist in making applications for the appropriate benefits.
