Having graduated in Law with an honours degree from Nottingham University in 1999, Kate Weston completed her legal practice course at Birmingham University and then her training at a large Midlands law firm. Kate joined the very successful Property Department of Moore & Tibbits in 2005 to specialise in all areas of Residential Conveyancing. In recent years Kate has become the department “leasehold specialist”, dealing with, amongst other things, Right to Buy Schemes, Shared Ownership and Homebuy Schemes and Government Mortgage Rescue Schemes.
