Here at Moore & Tibbits we understand that buying or selling a house, whether you are a first time buyer or an experienced investor can be an extremely stressful process. Therefore we aim to guide you through the processes and complexity involved in buying and selling your house, step by step. We will explain to you the steps that will be involved with buying and selling property; from the initial stages of obtaining the title deeds and preparing draft contracts, right up to completing the transaction when you move into your new home. From then on, we will deal with all the necessary stamping of the purchase deed, registration of your title, giving notice of the transfer in the case of leasehold properties, dealing with the issue of new share certificates where a management company is involved and generally ensuring that all the necessary procedures have been implemented on your behalf. If after the transactions have been completed you need to take advice with regard to your obligations under any agreements or covenants that may affect the property, the buildings insurance, boundary rights and so on, we are always available to assist you.
