Criminal MattersThe specialist criminal department deals with the whole range of cases that come before the Crown Court and Magistrates Courts. We provide a full advocacy service (Peter Freeman is a Solicitor Advocate regularly appearing in the Crown Court) and are committed to applying for Legal Aid wherever possible. Whether YOUR problem arises from driving or a more serious criminal matter we will be in a position to help you. Help is always available for attending interviews at Police Stations without charge to YOU – even out of office hours. The local Police Station hold out-of-office telephone numbers for our department and YOU can therefore always contact us. Always seek advice before such an interview.
