Christina Richards has twenty-five years experience as a qualified solicitor in private practice, and for the last five years has developed an expertise in the elderly client area of the Law.

She specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates. In addition to this she deals with contested probate matters, attending Court to represent both Claimants and Defendants in respect of contested probate claims. Christina also runs free Legal Clinics at Age Concern in Leamington Spa, Rugby, Nuneaton and Atherstone, providing advice on all areas of law together with a similar service to Guidepost in Nuneaton.

Alongside these Clinics, and appointments at the office, Christina can also attend at your home if required.
